In the latest shocking update to Scandoval, Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss reportedly hung out in his hometown of St. Louis back in December, several months before news of their affair emerged.
Sandoval's family was aware he was with Leviss, but had no desire to meet her as he was still with his girlfriend of nine years, Ariana Madix, according to TMZ.
The couple still seemed to have fun exploring the city, and the outlet obtained a photo of the duo striking a silly pose in front of the Apotheosis of Saint Louis on December 29.
