Putin's Intelligence Head Says Ukraine, US, Britain Involved in Moscow Attack | Firstpost America
Russian President Vladimir Putin's top officials are shifting blame for the Moscow massacre onto Ukraine and its western allies, despite the Islamic State claiming responsibility for the attack. The Head of Russia's FSB said he believed Ukraine, the United States and Britain were involved in the attack. However, Putin's intelligence officer offered no evidence. Earlier, Vladimir Putin linked the attack to Ukraine even though he did acknowledge the suspects were "radical islamists". The UK has called Russia's claims "utter nonsense". Belarusian President and Putin's close ally Alexander Lukashenko also cast doubt on the Russian narrative. Watch this video for details.
