NATO Says, Russia does not have sufficient forces on the ground to make a major breakthrough in Ukraine after launching an offensive in the Kharkhiv region. According to reports, Moscow has seized 278 square kilometres (107 square miles) of Ukrainian territory between May 9 and 15 as Ukraine’s Defences Fall. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Kharkiv and said that the situation was “extremely difficult” as he requested Western allies for more aid and weapons. At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a trip to China where he met Chinese President Xi Jinping as the two leaders agreed to take Russia-China relations to new heights.
