Chinese Foreign minister Qin Gang on Tuesday rejected warnings from Western countries that China may send armaments to Russia, saying that it would not accept "blame-shifting, sanctions, oppression and threats" targeting Beijing and China-Russia relationship is "not a threat to any country".
