James Webb Telescope Just Detected Something Strange Occurring On Jupiter! From numerous indications, Jupiter isn't the kind of place you would want to travel to. You'd be excused for wanting to avoid Jupiter as much as possible given its terrifying Big Red Dot, double-strength gravity, horrifyingly dense, dry atmosphere, and the fact that it appears to eat other planets. Now, excitingly, we have a better understanding of what Jupiter looks like than ever before, which is great news for those of us content to keep our distance from the King of Planets. Recently, NASA made available fresh James Webb Telescope photos that display the planet in all its splendor. And, to put it mildly, they're just amazing.
