Presidential candidates of the all progressives Congress Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and his Peoples Democratic Party counterpart, Atiku Abubakar were absent, on Wednesday as the Labour Party’s presidential candidate Peter Obi, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party joined others to sign an agreement on inclusive governance.

Tinubu while thanking the crowd for their support, in a video that has now gone viral on social media attempted to recite Christian and Muslim prayers at the same time eliciting several reactions.
