Another round of flooding rain is coming in, just where we don't need it. Trinidad & Tobago, St. Lucia, Guyana, and Suriname could all see addition flooding.
Elsewhere, it is way too dry! Critical drought levels remain in Mexico and Belize.
We are about one month away from hurricane season. We should see our first tropical wave emerge off the coast of Africa soon!
