In this video, we explore the incredible capabilities of the James Webb Space Telescope and how it's revolutionizing our understanding of the universe. We discuss how astronomers have used the telescope to investigate the source of the Epoch of Reionization, a critical event that transformed the early universe. Using the James Webb's unique ability to study distant galaxies, astronomers were able to measure how compact galaxies were and how rich in star formation they were. Through this, they were able to estimate the amount of radiation that leaked out of these early galaxies and potentially reionized the entire cosmos.
