A video of lawyers fighting in the Shakarpur Magistrate Court premises has gone viral on social media. In the video, lawyers are seen engaging in a physical altercation. East Delhi District DCP Apoorva Gupta stated that on Saturday, the Lakshmi Nagar police station received information about the fight. A police team reached the court, and investigation revealed that the fight was between two advocates over clients. Both parties refused medical examination and declined to file an official complaint, stating they would raise the matter before the Bar Association. To ensure peace in the court premises, preventive action was prepared against both parties under section 126/169 BNSS (107/150 CrPC).
